Pars Drilling Fluids operates a specialized chemical manufacturing plant strategically located in central Iran, dedicated to the production of high-quality specialty chemicals for drilling fluid applications. Designed to support the evolving needs of the oil and gas industry, the facility is equipped with modern production units, advanced process controls, and comprehensive quality assurance systems to ensure consistent product performance and reliability. The plant manufactures a diverse range of drilling fluid additives and specialty chemical formulations that enhance drilling efficiency, improve wellbore stability, reduce operational risks, and optimize overall drilling performance.
Manufacturing Plant Specifications
The site is located in the Zavieh industrial area (Markazi province, Central Iran) and is strategically situated at 85 km from Tehran.
35 km from Saveh Special Economic Zone and Customs, and 40 km from IKIA, The Zavieh production site operates under the permission granted from the Ministry of Industry, Mine, and Trade as a Production facility.
Powder Blender, Scales, Stretch Pallet, Mixer, Pumps, Lift trucks etc.
Packaging
Both liquid and powder products are put and arranged on wooden pallets after label installation:
- 4*55-gallon drums,
- 32*5-gallon cans,
- 40*12.5- or 25-kilogram sacks
The pallet with its content then goes to the packaging unit, where it is covered with nylon film stretched on a stretch wrapping machine and strapped.
